 Welcome to The Endo Belly Girl Podcast! I’m your host, Alyssa Chavez. I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Functional Hormone Specialist, and Restorative Wellness Practitioner, and I have made it my life’s mission to change the way that we support women with endometriosis. I am an endo warrior, as well as infertility warrior myself, so everything you will hear me talk about comes from the perspective of personal experience combined with my years of training in functional nutrition and holistic wellness.

I went into my endometriosis diagnosis like so many others, listening to all the doctors and leaning into all the medications and medical treatments, and I was left feeling worse than ever. All that experience made me realize the importance of feeling empowered to take your health into your own hands, and that’s what I’m here to share with you.

We will dive into all things nutrition, supplements, gut health, mind, body, and spirit, and so much more.
